5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use magicX to generate, create, or produce any of the following content:

• NSFW, sexually explicit, or pornographic content — including but not limited to sexual acts, nudity, erotica, or any content intended for sexual gratification
• Violence, gore, or harmful content
• Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory content
• Illegal activities or content that violates any laws or regulations
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Deepfakes, misinformation, or deceptive content

Any violation of these terms will result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund. We reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement authorities and respond to legal requests for information regarding prohibited content.

6. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any content you generate using magicX. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to use any images, prompts, or materials you provide.
